Mr. Wong Nam Fei is currently the Chairman for both CMSB and CSSSB. Prior to joining Counterforce, he was attached with the Royal Malaysia Police Force.

After more than 36 years of active service in the Royal Malaysia Police, he retired on 1st April 2005 with the rank of Senior Asst Commissioner of Police
as the Asst. Director of Special Branch (Protective Security & Intelligence Division) Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur.

Mr. Wong will be the key advisor and mentor in strategizing the guard protection services aspect that will be offered by the company.

He is a recipient of the following awards :

Mr. Shaifulizam joined the board of directors of CSSSB in October 2006.

He is currently the Managing Director in TRI SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SDN BHD (an automation/ICT company in Malaysia ), responsible for the overall company operations.

Mr. Shaifulizam will be the key advisor on ICT technology and will contribute to the overall operational aspect of both CMSB & CSSSB.

Prior to this, he worked for 9 years in Esso Production Malaysia Inc. in the Engineering Design Department. The department performed work related to the design, implementation and project execution of control and instrumentation for up-stream projects involving offshore platforms and onshore facilities. He was on a foreign assignment as a facility engineer at Exxon USA, King Ranch Gas Plant in 1900 to 1992.
